Our School, encourage the physical well-being of our students. We conduct Fitness Programs to inculcate the awareness of health and proper growth. The school offers Physical Education as vocational subject in Standard VI and XII.

Our Sports activities help to maintain a balance of studies and play together. Through these activities, students experience the challenge and reward of sport. They learn tolerance, leadership, sportsmanship, team spirit. Self-discipline and self-responsibility are also the qualities that the students acquire in the process of their playing games.

We have qualified instructors for the various sports and fitness programs. The Teacher strives to facilitate the students’ development of motor skills and prepare the students to set goals for a particular game. The students learn to be independent and get an opportunity to achieve goals and gain confidence. Our sports activities help the student to release their inner tensions and project their talents in the right directions.
