A Trip to Mysore
The Students delved deep into excitement and enthusiasm as soon as the excursion was announced. They owe a lot to the office-bearers for having renovated the long-forgotten educational tour. It was the risk factor that was taken into account sofar. But contrarily, everything was well-planned and hence it was a safe and pleasant trip. Thanks to the prior arrangements done by the board, the teacher’s job was minimised. The bus, being facilitated with airbrake enabled us travel without breaking our ribs. It was more than a journey by train. The guide was properly instructed to take around us safely. They didn’t leave us stranded anywhere. At Mysore they selected a right place for parking the bus so that it was easy for us to take the children easily to the zoo, palace, museum etc. The hotel was again nearer to it. They made arrangements to talk to the owner beforehand about menu for the next dinner. The dinner would be ready before we arrived. We never went hungry anywhere.
The route to Mysore Via Thimbam Hills was enthralling. It was a thrilling ride, as well. Enjoying the hills view and valley view we reached a motel. The breakfast could be given to students sufficiently at reasonable and affordable price. We reached Pannari Amman Temple for Dharsan early morning. The visit to Mysore Palace was a feast to our eyes. We felt as if we were inside an A/c Hall. Visiting Nanjundeswarar Temple we relished a spiritual aroma. After luncheon, we visited Srirangapattinam Temple and Tippu Palace, followed by visiting Krishnaraja Sagar Garden. We devoured the beauty of Brindhavan with all its illumination Drenched in Shower of rain, students enjoyed the dancing Kaveri and her majestic gush harnessed in the Dam.
The lodging arrangements was simply wonderful, modern and comfortable suited to the needs of students. After a night halt the students got refreshed for a Second Day. We went to the zoo. We had been walking along the long trail of winding path housing a variety of birds and animals. Many wild animals including chimpanzees, elephants, zebra, hippo, rhino, fox, tiger leopards, lions, bear were let to live in natural set-up. In the afternoon we were lucky to enter Lalitha Mahal (Imformer trips we just had a glance at long shot) come around banquet hall, swimming pool arena. It was a nice experience.
The third day we took them to Wonderla. Inside the avenues of Wonderla we had to take food provided by them. It didnot suit to our taste. We’re longing for tasty and hygienic food. If only we had a cooking team travelling with us how nice would it be! It’s a mere suggestion! Expecting for your execution in the forthcoming trips!!
Thanking you!
